    stretching exercises:
    Pros: Grow taller, up to three inches. Exercise has other benefits such as health, increased metabolism, decreased body fat, enhanced immune system. Effective at any age.

    Cons: Exercises take 15-20 minutes of your time but are worth it.

    it doesn't say what the exercises are, but as soon as i send them my money i'll be growing in no time. :hsugh:






























    what do you think the exercises they recommend are :noes: :)

    Obviously that's a load of shit, however I suppose if you're severely kyphotic or have a bad case of scoliosis, it's possible to add a little height by straightening... but I'm not sure how limited that straightening will be...



    I've got a pretty decent case of kyphosis and I'm going to see a chiropractor in a few weeks.
