Weight is pretty good. The good weight loss plateaued at 142. I can only run and restrict my food intake so much. Making 135 won't be a big problem, but it'll be a pain nonetheless. Cardio is great. Even after a 5 rounds on the bag and 3 balls out rounds on pads, my trainer made me blast 100 kicks in a row and I still managed. My punches feel pretty good, my kicks and knees feel awesome, but cause of all the weight loss I feel a lot weaker in the clinch. I might just avoid it all together if I can. No new tricks for this fight. Nothing fancy. Just plan on going out with solid fundamentals and an intense pace. Guys from his school tend to bum rush so hopefully I can blast him with some good shots early on to make him more timid. That way I can play my game and not get caught up in the toe-to-toe wild shot nonsense for 3 rounds. It's a muay thai fight. Ammy, but no shinguards or head gear. It's in a cage though, which throws me off a little bit... I don't own a camera, but hopefully I'll finally be able to get some video for you guys instead of shitty blurry pics taken by a drunk friend.
