About 6 months ago I was doing seated barbell military and felt a really deep and sharp pain in my left pec muscle. I finished shoulders without much more pain unless I moved my arm a certain way. I've been working out normally ever since without ever really getting any pain when doing chest day. Strange. It has only hurt when I move my arm a certain way and the muscle gets tweaked. Today I was brushing my teeth I moved my arm up and over and the same deep sharp pain came back. Hurt when I take deep breaths, flexed the muscle a certain way, etc. Tried to do a push up and couldn't even get halfway down. Anyone ever experience this?
