most memorable person in the clusterfuck of "brolys gettin swole for break"

kid comes in, does 4 straight bicep exercises (curls, incline curls, reverse grip curls, and then normal curls again :eek4: :ugh2:), i'm watching him the whole time and taking note of his horrible form, using his whole body to swing the bar up from rep 1 to rep 8.

then he leaves :ugh: :ugh: :ugh: wtf, 4 straight bicep exercises and then leaves

i wanted to give him a piece of f&n's mind, or at least punch him in the face

There are spring breakers all year at my gym. I dont think I have ever waited for the squat rack, unless some jabroney was curling in it using the rubber weights!

While i realize that i am offending my own gender here i have to agree. This is so true! I only wish lifting hevy and eating like a horse would make me put on some good amount of muscle! Buuuut, i'm a female ectomorph (worst combo for building size) and lifting hevy and eating tones only makes me shapely at most :( I'd say if a girl wants to look anorexic then light weights will be great for that...lol. High reps and light weights only make girls like me waste away into nothing.

I would say heavy compound movements are your friend. Not enough woman understand that strength movements will help them look the way they want and gain some strength in the process (not insulting you, you may very well have a program that works well)
My old gym partner, female, did the same motions as me for the most part. She was strong and lean, and looked great. She was also able to put it to use on the basketball court, soccer field, or whatever sports me and the guys where playing.
But like the beachers at the gym for spring break, tmost girls I see concentrate on losing there flabby arms by curling light weight :(

If you're doing a back/bi day, I would suggest doing back before bi's anyways.

Yeah, that's actually all i do. My plan consists of squats, deadlifts, flat bench, military barbell press, leg press... . And i eat like a horse. Buuuuuuuut school has laid a lot of stress on me and stress just breaks down muscle. Can't wait for the summer - training is always best then!

Maybe my brain is fried from studying all day but i don't understand your question. If i'm understanding you correctly, then i'd say that you can eat less, train, and maintain your weight. Some people are actually able to put on some size when dieting for a show but it's difficult. The goal when dieting should be to get ripped...it's not an ideal situation for putting on size and increasing strength. It's difficult to put on size when dieting and, obviously, easier to put on size when you're eating a lot.

I eat a lot (of good food that is) because i have a naturally high metabolism so it's difficult for me to put on size. When i'm eating a lot my muscles don't waste away. I eat a lot all year round - winter and summer (i really could care less what i look like on the beach and my pictures are proof of that because i'm not ripped in them). My training is best in the summer because i have time to focus on training 115%. School tends to get in the way of sleeping, eating, and training at times. When school is out there's no disruption of any aspect of my training (in or out of the gym...because training is not just when you are in the gym. Some of the most important parts of training take place outside of the gym).

I hope i understood you correctly. Now that i think about it i'm not sure if you were asking a question or if you had misunderstood me and were knocking me:rolleyes: ...lol.

LOL, I wasn't actually asking a question, I was just saying tht I am a bit retarded in the sense that summer time I am less hungry. I dont try to cut, but it just happens, I have a ridiculous metabolism as well!

All you can eat sushi in vancouver is about the only way I gain weight consistantly!!!
