nice, i'm just starting to run myself, yesterday was the first day (i've been on the elliptical for about 4 months now). I'm so sore. i've never really ran before, my goal is to run a 5k.
do newbie gains apply to running...?
I hope newbie gains don't apply here because I'm sorta proud that Im in the 18's already. I just read that the world record for a 5k is 14:54 (or something like that) so me running 15 minutes might be too much I'll shoot for 16 or 17...
