Ok, I was rebuilding my webserver, and built a sweet new machine to replace an aging box. Well, in my absence, one of my co-workers put the replacement online(had the SAME computer name) and although its now disconnected, and my webserver is working fine, something WEIRD is going on.

I cannot log into the web server(into the domain as an admin) - I get the following error:

"The system cannot log you onto this domain because the systems computer account in its primary domain is missing or the password on that account is incorrect"

Now, I know that my domain password is correct and I can't log in locally because the person who created the box gave it some abstract admin password, and he has long since left...

    AGGHHH

    Any ideas?

You have to connect the machine to the domain.

Right click My Computer -> Properties. Click Network ID tab. Click Network ID button. Go through the procedure and connect the machine to the domain.
