hey guys i don't post here much but i've been noticing something while doing shoulder presses. I was working out before without any music on and i can hear a liquid swishy sound, for lack of better words, coming from mostly my left shoulder but sometimes my right does it too :ugh: what the fuck is wrong? there is NO pain at all, and i would have probably never noticed if not due to the lack of background noise.

am i fucking my shoulders up? i'm not a big guy.. i'm only doing 30lb in each arm. my shoulders are my weak point too, if that makes any difference

That's just your shoulder sack--no need to worry.

    Go see a doctor.

Don't believe that "no pain, no problem" bullshit.

If I were smarter about my training and didn't think I was Superman for a while I wouldn't have incurred two shoulder injuries. See a doctor and test which shoulder movements tend to cause issues.
