So I've got two file servers, one in each main office, and they use Windows DFS to synchronize with each other. But all of a sudden, they've started reacting to their own synchronization activities -- so if DFS copies a new file from Server A to Server B, it then gets deleted from Server A and re-copied from Server B to Server A, at which point it gets deleted from Server B and re-copied from Server A to Server B again, and so on. I tried resetting the sync caches, no good. I tried recreating the sync partnerships, still no good.

Has anyone ever seen this before? Got any ideas how to make it stop? Basically my entire backup/synchronization setup has gone totally in the shitter until I can figure out how to make it behave again.
