Probably a stupid question and/or elementary for most of you but here goes. I need to lose about ~15 or so pounds and drop a pant size in my waist. I realize it is just as simple as watching what I eat and some jogging. I have also been wanting to just gain some more muscle specifically in upper body. I'd like to get a lower priced (but not cheap) wieght bench to do bench press, leg lift, etc. Since bench pressing probably works some of the ab muscles, etc will that help much in losing some of the unwanted punds around my stomach and help me drop a size in my waist?
