weightlifting belt w/ dip chain?

    if you have a regular lifting belt just go to home depot and buy a chain and a hook (the kind you use for mountain climbing... i forget what they're called). Just make sure the chain holes are big enough to string the hook through. Costs ~6$ and works great

    hm haven't thought bout that, granted my belt is the pl kind so it's wide all around, i don't know if that'd be comfortable

    the clamp/screw in kind?

    i have a single prong and I just thread the chain around the belt (not through the buckle) and let it hang btwn my legs (so the chain is actually hitting my abs. I loosen the belt so it fits (you don't need it tight like squatting) so it doesn't hurt at all (and I'm using 100lbs + for reps)

    Ah, k I'll consider that. I have a double prong, not the clamp/screw/lever shizz
