    Hey everyone.

    Who here knows of any good lower back exercises?

    I have a slightly bulging disc and I need to strengthen up my lower back and the muscles on the side that extend from my ribs to my hips.

    reverse hyper is your best bet, if you can find one :hs:

    If you have money, buy a reverse hyper.

    You guys know of any articles about reverse hypers from someone other then the companies selling them?

    hyperextensions might be a good place to start. also glute-ham raises.
