i didn't notice decline doing much for my lower chest, so i switched to dips/weighted dips and i'm not noticing much of a difference doing that either... any other suggestions?

refer to avatar.. my upper chest is developing well..the muscle is going all the way up to my clavicles, but my lower chest is lacking in comparison... help :run:

How about you grow a chest before you go trying to isolate parts of it?

I know you can stimulate certain parts of the chest but I believe our muscle shape is like blue printed in our genes. Some people just dont have the lower line of the chest and some people have no upper chest while other people have a full nice chest.
Just keep training the whole chest and let it develop over time champ. See how it goes.
I know I lack alot of lower chest but then again I got a bit of pectus excavatum.

Honestly Man You chest grew like mine. Some shape and no line down the bottom. I can honestly say you will have a hard time growing the bottom chest. Its just the way your chest will grow. Look at some people who dont do weights and naturally have the bottom development. Not trying to upset you but Just train hard and over time your chest will thicken up but as i said the bottom wont grow like you want it too

I know its kind of an elementary question but...how were you performing the dips? straight up and down or leaning forward

I was thinking the same. Just focus on flat and incline.

Dips are mainly for triceps anyway man.
Mike there isnt any science here man. I been training 13 years now. from what I learnt it takes time and you cant pick and choose what you want to grow. Train hard, eat right and train hard some more. Time will tell.
