Cardio in the afternoon. Can this be counter productive?
I searched and could not find anything.
i just do my cardio when i'm done with weights, get all my sweating done at 1 time save money on soap and showers lol
Ditto, I feel like I have no life if I got to the gym twice a day. A lot of people do cardio in the morning and lift at night though.
Just do it.

so it's confirmed that I have no life. I'm feeling from the response that it's not really a bad thing then?
It's fine if you have the time.
I do cardio in the morning and weights in the evening or I'll split my weights and do some in the morning and the rest in the evening.
Kinda feels like a don't have a life, but I'm fine with that.
I do it on occasion, it's fine
