Weight loss suggestion

    I'm 5'9 and weigh 170. I consider myself pretty muscular, like arms, legs, chest, BUT there always seems to be some fat on the sides of my stomach and in front of my abs. It really is the only fat I have, and it's really pissing me off.

    Any advice?

    archives didn't answer my question. I actually have fat in one specific area. Everything else is pretty cut. Should i just be doing HIIT? I'm not looking to build any more strength, simply trim up a bit.

    Oh, do you have a routine/diet now? If you post it then the experts here can give you a suggestion on how to tune it.

    Post a pic too. Your opinion on your physical appearance could be biased. Some of us hate our bodies when it looks good, others think we are gods when we look like shit :mamoru:
