    I don't have that much interest in writing down every repetition I do, so this will be just for how much I eat for the next 4 weeks, and my weight in the morning.

    I'm 6" and 177 pounds, and have had semi-control over diet the previous 6 weeks, with workout 4 times/week.

    I'll try to stay at 2100 calories, with around 50% proteine, 10% fat and 40% carbs each day. I work out 5 times/week, around 1½-2 hours each time.
    Every day I'll eat around 1 pound of chicken, 1 can of tuna and 4 pounds of fruit. My original plan was to eat apples and carrots, but I needed to vary which fruit/vegetables after 3 days.

    I'll write the amount of nutrition I eat to grams, but I'll write my weight in both kilos and pounds.

    1 kilo is 2,20 pounds. (divide by 0,454)


    Goal: To lose 3,5 kg(8 pounds) of fat, and end up on 7-8% body fat

    I'm not sure how many servings, because I measure it in grams :dunno: I'm at around 1 pound of vegetables each day avg, 2 pounds of fruit and 1-1½ pounds of meat

    What I eat is tuna, chicken, potatoes, carrots, apples, clementines and proteine shake.. that's 90% of what I eat basically

    So far I've lost 5 pounds or so in 3½ weeks, not as much as I had planned to, but I might have gained some muscle since I lift heavy and eat 1-1,5 grams of proteine/lbs each day
