Switch up your workout/cardio routine. Ditch obvious stuff like soda if you already haven't.

    yes you fucking retard

    total calories consumed
    macro nutrient ratios

    time spent in gym
    routine details

Here's how it fucking works. If you stop losing weight you either need to increase activity or adjus tyour diet.

Post what you typically eat in a day. No soda is a good thing (fuckin HFCS). I would concentrate on cardio first since weight loss is your goal.

Plenty of shit on here and t-nation for you to use your reading skills and actually net the goal you want. You set yourself up for disaster here my friend. Go on a strict semen-based diet to get your test levels up

i can't say, i dont know enough to compare the two but im sure someone else can answer that. Theres lots of different schools of thought when it comes to working out. all depends on your personal build/ health and what your goal is imo

Sounds like you need to tighten up your diet. I started at 350lbs myself so I've been there too. Several months ago I was "eating great" but not losing any weight. Basically what was going on was I WAS eating healthy foods just way too much of them and I wasn't being honest with myself about the little things I was eating. The calories add up fast and contrary to what some people say you DO need to count calories and run a deficit if you want to lose any weight.

Considering you lost so much weight consistently, I'll take a stab and say that your metabolism / thyroid levels have dropped from such a long cut.

When this happens I'll usually bump my calories up for about 2 weeks, to maintenance or a bit above it.

Example, my last cut I was having ~2200 cals a day for awhile and it just stopped working. Bumped my cals to ~3000-3200 for 2 weeks and now I'm losing weight again at ~2500 cals/day.

You really need to use what Dumplomat posted or Fitday.com though, and start logging your shit.
