hey guys, I am new to this forum, but have been hitting the gym for many years now. Ive been doing lifting naturally with no additional proteins, supplements, etc. What I want to do is lose some of the fat around the mid-section, but obtain a more defined muscular look at the same time. Years ago I used to take the Ripped Fuel with no successful results. I havent checked in years, but is there something else out there with better results?
