Like every summer for the last couple years, I plan to workout with weights and get stronger for next year. I am now just over 6 feet tall, just turned 16, and weigh around 150. Last summer I considered the idea of taking the supplement NO2, or something like it, but decided to wait so I don't risk damaging anything while I went through my growth spurt. Instead I took creatine powder and lifted. This summer I have a few questions for anyone who thinks they have enough knowledge to give me an educated answer.
    1) I want to take creatine along with another supplement, is NO2 the best one on the market right now? is there something newer and more effective?
    2) Do you think that I am too young to take this product? I really want to, but if there is too high of a risk then I will pass
    3) Do any of you reccomend anything else to take to increase my body building? besides protein.

    Thanks for any help
    Brian :)

You're smart to get help before taking it.

How come you don't work out consistently instead of just the summer?

I do work out semi-consistently, but I really push harder during the summer because of the extra time that I have.
Right now I don't want to do anything that will permantely stunt any of the growing that I am going through.

    1. CEE alone will be fine
    2. 16 is fine
    3. Eat more food, stop worrying about supplements so much

Do you guys think that taking NO2 will hurt me at this age? (16)
Anything else that you guys think will be more effective than NO2?

If you're "over 6 feet" tall and 150 pounds, you need to spend the money you're spending on worthless pump supplements on food. Lots of it.

trust me, I don't have much muscle, which is why I weigh so little. But I have enough fat to burn, so there is no need for me to choke myself with more food.
    What about Superdrol?
    Any info on this?

Again sorry for the dumb questions, I am still young and am just starting to get into weight lifting seriousally.
    Thanks for the Help!
    :)

What do you want out of NO2? Whey Protein and Creatine work exceptionally well for me, along with a balanced diet and steady workout schedule. Oh, and lots of rest too :wiggle:

Superdrol is a steroid so don't even worry about that.

As for supplements stick to the basics, you're young and have plenty of potential for growth. And don't forget to eat a lot.

So I am getting the idea that I should forget about Superdrol because of the damages. Should I look into taking NO2, or should I just stick with creatine and a healthy diet?

Don't worry about steroids. Worry about cramming food down your esophagus until you puke - Then stir some oil and peanut butter into the puke, scoop it up, and funnel it back down your throat. Then eat some more. Rinse and repeat for a few months.

No, I think you safely qualify on the skinny side. And you should forget about Superdrol because you're 16 and just started lifting.

I wouldn't waste my money on NO2, you don't need it.

alright, thanks for the responses, I guess I will just go with a healthy diet and some creatine. Hopefully in three months I will get to show you guys some pictures of me at around 175 pounds instead of 155.

I'm taking NO2 now. You have to cycle off creatine first then starting NO2. Then you can add creatine. Honestly your young enough that supplements are not really needed. Take a good mulitv, Fish oil and EAT MOTHERFUCKER. Eat everything in sight and lift hard.

When I was your age I was 180lb playing sports in highschool I used to eat my frig out so much my mother did a full shopping 3xs a week.

Yes I read the whole book on it. you can take it with NO2 but you need to cycle off first and start after two weeks of NO2.
