    whenever im working out i feel like my wrists (specifically the left one) will get fucked up. I saw some guy workign out with wrist wraps(?). does anyone else use anything like it?

    Also what are some wrist exercises. ive been working them out with wrist curls bar (behind the back 25x40x2)


    are those wraps beneficial? sometimes i feel like my wrist is going to have problems and want to haev something deter that possible problem

    wrist wraps are beneficial to you when your lifts get very heavy, but you do not want to depend on them for the easy stuff.

    kay, i thought they are just a safety thing.


    what can i do to get bigger wrists? Any other exercises

    Lay your forearms across a bench and grab a fairly light barbell or curl-bar. Move it up and down til you can't anymore. Repeat for 3 sets. It'll give you a nice pump in your forearms and build up those wrists. Usually do it at the end of an arm day.
