I'm 5'6" and 130 pounds and am a very active competitive soccer player with a very fast metabolism. I’m lookin to gain some weight, anywhere from 10-15lbs and I thought I'd ask for OT's help before doing any research on the net. So here are some of my questions and thanks ahead of time for any help. I'm wondering when would be the best time to work out, before or after my 3 hour long soccer sessions. What protein is the best and when I should be taking it, before or after soccer and/or working out. How much protein should I be consuming a day? I'm currently taking NO2 for my workouts and it helps me during my workouts. Is there something better for me to take than NO2 and is there anything types or protein or other supplement that would compliment NO2? And if you guys have any other comments or ideas that would help me gain some weight with during pre-season other than the use of steroids I’m all ears =). Thx.
