weight gainers

    overall opinions on these? say I went through two tubs or so, gained 10lbs, and stopped taking it. would that extra weight only be temporary?

    and if the weight is actual muscle mass if you maintain it there is no reason why it would be temporary.

    its not like you are juicing and holding water :rofl:

    you'll maintain the weight as long as you keep your calories up. make you're own weight gainer shakes with milk, bananas, pb, oats, whey, etc.

    I'm just a bit skeptical considering how much weight most people seem to put on so quickly while taking this. wondering how much is actually fat...

    the weight gained will be temporary because your bypassing the correct routes of learning proper nutrition, the end result being that you are totally dependent on some dumbass weight gaining mix

    Exactly the same reason why cheating weight loss with pills or whatever ultimately fails in the long run.
