weight gainers etc = too much sat fat?

    been taking diff weight gainers and noticed all their sat fat levels + sugar levels are too high. was wondering if anyone ever had problems with this? I went from not eating much to eating medium + drinking these shakes of gainers and yet still eat a shit load of occasional snacks w high levels of sugar. I just want to make sure i wont be diabetic or have a stroke any time soon.

    im taking Pro Complex right now, and im a mild ecto, 6'1; 195. Thinking about the Pro Complex Gainer. Most likely will stick to eating well. Whats your current diet/measurements?

    yeah, i might hold off for another week or two, until i finish this tub off. Im also taking creatine mono so well see how this all plays out for now.

    yeah but u should be taking creatine regardless of what protein powder you are taking :p

    so i've heard. Ive only started the creatine for a week now so nothing to take note of yet.

    those servings are massive.

    i tried that once and had a hard time stomaching it. pounding food is easier and cheaper IMO.

    im taking isomass extreme gainer and gnc amp mass xxx

    i have been eating, unfortuneatly its not enough
    current diet is breakfast/ 3 chicken breasts/rice / broccli / pasta / 3 chicken breast again / pasta again / misc foods / shake after/pre workout

    160-165 pds 6 ft

    Mass Meal is made with better ingredients... most carbs are complex and most fats are polyunsaturated or monounsaturated... it tastes great too and you can get it at www.bulknutrition.com for 19.99/2.6lb tub. I don't see why people even buy muscle milk anymore with this shit available.

    sub chicken in the morning for oatmeal, eggs and protein shake.

    whats misc foods? and you take a shake after a workout and then a preworkout? organize this better.
