    how the hell do people think those are a good idea? 4 scoops of that shit was like 2200 calories, 404g carbs, 96g sugar and only 50g protein.

    CYTOGAINER is my suggestion to you. And beyond that, EAT and EAT MORE, drink cytogainer, then eat again. And always have a serving right before bed...

    Two scoops protein
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tbsp pb
    1 tbsp strawberry jam
    2 cups whole milk

    Supplements are good for that though, supplementing a diet. If he is already eating an ass ton, then adding a weight gainer is a quick and effective way of adding 600+ calories, 50+ grams protein and 80+ grams of carbs...

    Yeah but there's cheaper and healthier ways of doing it. Protein shake made at home with PB and a banana, or fuck, some icecream= tons of calories in an easy to drink, not very filling meal.

    Yep, many different ways of going about making a homemade weight gainer. It comes down to eating quality high calorie nutrient dense foods, and lots of them. Use a homemade gainer or one that you purchase, just try and steer clear of any gainers with loads of sugar in them. I choose cytogainer because it consists of mainly complex carbohydrates to fuel my body longer and not provide such an intense spike on my insulin levels causing a crash.

    or if you already are a fat ass, or think that by taking a weight gainer shake you are just going to grow some bulging muscles and have this incredible physique.

    Gainer's can be beneficial when properly used in a diet that is already sound in calories, proteins and carbs, and a training regimen that is ideal for adding size, strength, mass.

    Lift hard, eat big, sleep lots, supplement wisely...
