Today I have restarted my training after about a year of a break.

I have one month before I leave for some business back in Ukraine/Russia and I need to get in shape.

Will measure my weight now ( 154lb) and before I leave.

Today i managed to curl a whooping 45lb dumbell 5 times :mamoru:

Think gaining about 5-10lb is probable with good eating and exercize?

I will only work on upper torso/neck/arms because dont need legs/abs that much (I run track :o)

    Wish me luck.

    p.s.

No whey or creatine or any other substance. Just lots of fish/chicken/duck, fish oils, sunflower seeds, etc.

10 lbs is easily attainable if you are eating enough

    Good to hear.

I stocked up on cans with oiled fish ( dunno how they called in english).

Today is first day, but I hit the ground running. Eating about 50% more then I used to.

I never ate breakfast before, now I have a few eggs and some meat. :bigthumb:

I actually want an overall improvement in every part of body. I dont want to look unproportional.

I have big legs and nice abs from lots of running ( I sprint) So i wanted to focus more on upper body in general.

Im currently trying to find my schedule for exercizes from last year, had it on a calendar :hs:

That's quite a bit for your weight and considering you took a year off. Good form or bad form?

Supplement your diet if you need to.

    ps

    DO LEGS.

I did 35x5 then waited ~3-5 min, did 45x5 and waited ~3-5 min, then i miserably failed to lift 55 even once.

Good form. I tried 55 after that and couldnt lift it even once.

Hmn, even though i dont want to, i think I will do legs as well. :hs:
