weight/fitness program

    Okay so I am currently 19, about 5'8" & 275 lbs (im a fatty :sadwavey:) anyway, I want to start gaining muscle & loose weight (I havent lifted since maybe freshman year HS :noes:) I have become lazy. So my question is, should I first loose some weight, then slow start lifting weights after 6 months of just cardio exersizes? Or should I do cardio & weights?

    Any suggestions for a fitness program or anything? and any other help or suggestions you can give me. I know Ive been aasking nothing but questions lately but I find this forum very helpful :bigthumb:
