weighing yourself

    when is the right time to weigh yourself for an offical weight? right when you wake up, right before a meal, hour after, before bed, etc.

    people ask me how much i weigh, i really dont know so i just tell them 197lb-204lb range.

    If your gonna weigh yourself make sure its consistent (Every sunday morning, after your piss for example)

    Yeah, just be consistent about when you weigh, thats about the best you can do. I usually weigh in the mornings right before I get in the shower so i'm just in my boxers.

    When you sleep you fast all night (unless you set your alarm to wake up and drink a shake like some BB's) I like to weigh myself around noon to get my average weight.

    i weigh myself every morning to get an accurate reading.

    but i usually weigh myself all the time, like 3-4 times a day. I have been able to maintain my weight so much better that way. Weighing yourself OFTEN is one of the keys to cutting i'd think.

    weigh yourself after you tak a shit or piss. I weighed myself when i was drinkin one night. wolk up and weighed myself and lost like 5 pounds :S

    but thats also to a shitty scale so..
