Weekly Carb Up/Cheat Meal

    just woke up after mine last nite - no bloat and holding very minimal to no extra water much to my surprise :)

    1 medium double base volcano pizza - its baked like a pie with the second layer ontop covering the ingredients - procuitto, hot salami, cheese, onion, anchovies n chilli inside

    half a medium four cheeses pizza - the gf couldnt finish hers haha

    three quarters of our nutella n whipped cream pizza desert....
    then the pizza oven place closed on me :eek3:

    luckily - there was some gourmet ice cream 2 doors down

    three large scoops of ice cream, profritter, macadamia nuts n tofee or something yellow and a cinamon donut flavour - the profriter roll flavour n had little profriters in it :drool:

    how can you eat healthy most of the week and then eat some shit like that without puking/feeling like shit?

    tonight was my carb up.
    We hosted a dinner party, fresh cut home fries, deep fried halibut and homemade bread and apple pie with vanilla bean ice cream
    I will do the fitday tomoroow, but I swear i broked 6k cals today.

    I had whole wheat pasta, spinach, chicken, and alfredo sauce. But I ate a fucking ton of it.

    I had Krystal's/White Castle last night and I'm paying for it today. :(

    Did about 500 calories worth of cardio today though.

    Today is one of my carb up days.

    So far:

    Breakfast = 1 and a half extra large whole wheat bagels
    2 tbsp on whipped cream cheese
    2 packets raw sugar in my coffee

    Lunch = 1 Chipotle Burrito
    1 Chipotle soft shell taco
    1 order of chips and guacamole

    Dinner = 1/2lbs cheeseburger, homemade
    potato chips
    2 pickles
    1 beer

    I know.... Pretty shitty. I should have kept it cleaner, but nonetheless carbs are high and by tomorrow i'll be back at 150g or less.

    I spend 5 days a week at 150 or less and then 2 days a week at 300 or so.

    It's actually better this way IMO.

    When I am eating shitty consistantly, I feel shitty consistantly.

    But when you eat lower carbs and eat really clean, having that high carb cheat meal/cheat day goes down pretty easily. You metabolism is cranking and with a couple cups of coffee I feel pretty good eating those big meals.

    you shouldnt look bloated after a carb up, you should look leaner. if you look bloated your eating too many carbs

    i know - i just ate more that i expected i would need and was surprised i had no bloat the morning after - i didnt feel that depleted before i started eating

    hard to say no to freshly baked pizza dough with nutella, whipped cream and ice cream :drool:

    always found a dirty carb up more helpful that a clean one for some reason, mayb the saturated fats shock the system more...:dunno:

    plus they taste a whole lot better and keep u sane during the week :rofl:
