Now, before you say alot of them are a bit blurry, keep in mind i shot all of these with my shitty Canon EF f/4-5.6 III 75-300 lens and no rest/tripod

Also, no processing (other than resizing and border)

Went for a walk Saturday evening and started down the driveway...stumbled upon a turkey and a deer
    [IMG]

Walked down to the pond/lake to see if there were any bald eagles out...unfortunately not tonight :wtc:

I stalked up on this feller...he had no idea i was even there until i focused
    [IMG]

Then i stumbled across this feller here...cute little porcupine baby...he was a photogenic little guy

I decided to see if there were any deer hitting up our food plot, and sure enough...

    Last shot...a beautiful night

i just wished the pictures of the black bears turned out...but shooting with a 75-300 lens and shaking a little bit makes for poor pictures...

Some of the shots are kind of overexposed or have some hotspots. Not bad though. I like the one with the moon in the sky :eek3: Are you shooting RAW? :noes:

go ahead, you're not going to hurt my feelings:rofl:

i know they didn't turn out that great, but considering the lens i was using, and no tripod, i thought they turned out OK

18-55...lol kit lens...that lens is easy as hell to shoot...especially if you have good light

these were all taken with pretty poor lighting (longer exposures). the time that i took these was somewhere between 8:00 and 8:30 PM.

hotspots are where you have spots of overexposure, like the top of some of the trees are "hot" or really overexposed (they look almost white). It's hard to correct this unless you have a graduated nd filter or you shoot at a different time of the day (or change your angle in some cases)..

shooting two exposures or shooting RAW and double processing might help too :hsugh:
