    I havent missed a workout yet in my 6 weeks, and my diet has been pretty darn solid too, almost no cheating. Unfortunately the last few days have been getting tough, I'm feeling worn out and just want to sleep and go buy 10lbs of brownies and icecream. Here's to hoping it passes :wavey:

    Maybe you should take a couple days off, and buy some sherbert instead of eating trash. I've never wanted to even take one day off per week, but its necessary. Don't ruin all that work for some shitty food that you don't need though.

    A standard 3 work out a week routine. Monday= chest/shoulders Wensday= legs Friday= Back/Arms. 10 mins of cardio before each workout, 15 mins after on monday and friday + 100 crunches/leg raises. 1.5 mile walk every day.

    I started at 222lbs ~19% body fat (I'm 5'11) and now I'm down to 207 lbs 17%BF.

    19% was an estimate :o I never got my BF tested when I started, but I did at the doctors office 2 weeks ago.

    Also, would a 2%BF drop be a ~11% decrease in fat on my body while losing 15lbs be a 7% drop in wieght:dunno:

    kepp it up, but definitley take a cheat day each week, as we know we are on the same level right now. I have gone from 225 to 206.6 right now since October 17th. I have a cheat meal every friday night which helps a ton.

    Great job man. Don't get so burnt out you quit with it all together. There are days that I feel like shit and I don't want to go to the gym either, but it usually passes once I'm there and start working out.

    like what? I do 20 X3 crunches + 20X 2 leg lifts +20X 2 side crunches on each side to get obliques (sp?) twice a week (mon & fri). I dont know how do to crunches "correctly" but I got my routine in part from teh F&N archives.
