    I'm doing pretty good :)

    In other news, I payed $1100 for 3 months of personal trainer for my wife :hsugh:
    At least she'll start going to the gym now :x:

    You should have just told her you'd give her 1100 dollars if she went to the gym consistently for 3 months.

    221. I dont know my body fat % but now it's 18.3%. I'm 5'11 210 now, trying to get to about 200 and gain some LBM at the same time.

    The thing was she is a pussy and complains about her knees hurting and needs someone to show her exersises and shit. I cant believe I let her talk me into it, while we were there she kept trying to get me to buy the 12 month package for $2400 :ugh:

    I kept telling her to shut the fuck up and let me talk, I talked them down like $400 and she just wouldnt get off my nuts when I was about to walk out, so I gave in. :mad: I figure it's an investment, if she get's a little hotter then it's worth it to me :dunno:

    I shoulda just offered her $1100 if she got in shape, since it all goes in my bank account anyways :rofl:

    If you've lost 11lbs in 3 weeks, I'd say you've lost atleast 4-5lbs LBM. You're not mobidly obese, you can afford to slow down your weight loss so that you preserve more LBM. Up the cals by 500 or so, get more protein.
