    Quick questions for the experts..

    1. I'm still on a single dosage of 25/200 per day (in the AM). When should I start taking 25/200x2 a day?

    2. How long before I start noticing positive effects on metabolism? Few weeks? I haven't moved, weight wise. On a 4-day split weight routine, cardio daily, and 1800cal diet still.

    Thanks for the help.

    1. If you're feeling fine bump it up to two times.
    2. You should be noticing it now, do you at least notice the appetite suppression?

    1. Feeling fine as in - not all jittery? I don't feel jittery, still wired.

    2. Yes, I do.. however, no weight loss. Still hovering between 204-206, which is where I was hovering before I started...

How long have you been dieting at that level? Are you incorporating refeeds at all?

EC isn't going to make a hyooge difference metabolically, it's a small percent increase; it does help, but marginally, and it's way easy to counter with too many calories. Main thing is the appetite suppression. Like someone else said, if you're ok at the 1x daily 25/200, bump it to 2x.

Just downed it.. I've been cutting since December and worked gradually from 2300 to 2000 as I've lost weight.. now I'm at 1800, as of about 3 weeks ago. For the most part I've replaced mid-morning and mid-afternoon meals with protein shakes (single scoop)..

I'm desperate to get out of this plateau. I've been sitting here for about 6 weeks now and can't seem to get out of it. :(

You may seriously need to take a couple of weeks at maintenance, you've been cutting for a long time. Take a couple of weeks, eat a little more, keep up the workouts, then go back to dieting.

Either/or..it might help you keep a rein in on upping the calories too much. You could keep it at just one dose a day pre-workout for now during the break, and then up the dose after the break when you go back to dieting.
