Thinking i'm going to be a little lazy and just install a template website for photography. I don't care for Flash websites, so i'd rather find something else. However, i'll consider it if it ends up being the better option for the price.

I'd prefer to find something for free, but i'd like to keep it under $100 if possible.

My site will be pretty simple: Homepage, Contact, Blog (linked), and Portfolio. My only recommendation is that the portfolio page be pretty easy to keep updated. Rotating images, etc. is a plus.

I have blog software i'm going to use, but I still like this idea.

I like this site...i'd still like to see what is available in a non-flash template, but I was quite pleased with it and the prices.

are you guys talking about the line that separates the pages?

You can get rid of it, but I don't see why you would... Unless your album is seamless...

I bought it. :dunno: Hadn't seen a nicer way to display my albums...

Have a look. 10 minutes worth of work, and I duplicated the album so you get to see the 'choose an album screen'

    Feedback appreciated.

appreciate that. I keep forgetting the rest of the world doesn't work on 24 and 30" cinema displays. I've f'ed up a couple of galleries due to sizing.

FFFUUU this one is pretty nice too... would be useful for my architectural and photography portfolio! I still can't decide if I want 2 sites for my stuff so they stay separate or just use this one and show them all at the same time... any thoughts?

I just ordered the "cleo" template from www.bludomain.com. I think jcolman has had nice things to say about them in the past?

they're hit or miss. and when they miss, they fall down swinging. One of the worst run companies I've seen, but they have nice looking templates for relatively cheap

Yea, I received this email right after I got one saying I wont receive anything until Monday because they're closed.

Seems like a trap, no? I just think it's weird that they need my log in info... :noes:
