Is there a way in IIS to have each user's home directory have a public_html that can host a website like in apache? So that when you go...

    www.site.com/~user1

you get the website from user1's home directory in public_html. I've done this in apache but can't figure out if its even possible with IIS. I'm using 6.0 btw
