I used to have one in particular saved in my favorites, but it's gone now.. they didn't do any processing and just scaled and printed the pic how you had it.. but their prices were rad.

so what sites do you guys use? and does anyone know what site I'm thinking of?

    I use whcc

mpix probably works fine and I know adoramapix gives you the option of telling them not to touch the colors as well

though the sizes of the mattes suck. the big one is 16x20, and actually smaller than that, like 15.5 x 19.5. so getting a custom matte or buying your own cutter would be ideal.

I'm taken their small rectangular ones that hold 3 5x7's and just used it to hold one long print and it looks decent.
