I'm a novice to creating web applications. I need to develop an online interface for a real estate company so that the administrators can have a picture and the description of the picture right under it automatically. It needs to require a login and password so that only adminstrators can access it. I'd appreciate it if anyone can point me in the right direction.

Novice meaning you have no idea how to do it or what you are doing? Or novice meaning you haven't gotten far enough into programming to complete the task?

What coding languages do you know? If you don't know any idea either hire someone to do it, or download a premade set of scripts from hotscripts.

P.S., if you want it in PHP or ASP, with a MYSQL or MSSQL backend, I can change it, but it will cost a little more.
