weak quads due to wide stance squats

    I do all my squats wide stance and I'm beginning to notice that my quads are not progressing like my hips/gluts in strength. Does anyone have advice on this matter? I think I saw Christophers mention something about this so I hope he can give some input. Maybe start doing all squats closer stance and A2G?

    front squats, and lots of single leg work

    what was is for the 3x per week again? like bulgarian one day, lunges/step ups another, and then like 1 legged SLDL or RDL the 3rd?
