Weak left shoulder hurting chest workouts, what to do?

    My left shoulder is clearly weaker than my right. Whenever I do bench or any sort of chestercise, my left shoulder just goes completely out and I have to stop even though I clearly have more reps left on my right side. And then it's sore for the next couple of days. It never used to be this bad, what can I do to fix it?

    :eek3: you know what? i can only do it with right, so that may actually be it. but i can't give up on that :wtc:

    keep lifting, the problem should solve itself. I remember when I first started my right side was far stronger on chest exercises now; not anymore.
