we need a subcatagory where people can ask for advice on products to buy, and for simple pc device problems. I'm in no way saying these people don't deserve help or that they are bad questions, but it would be nice to keep the main section a bit more high tech.

I would love to see this place full of in depth questions and ideas relating to bussiness class issues about programming and networking and etc.

    just an idea.

what we really need is a ________ forum.... a forum literally named ________ and everytime someone says "hey lets add another forum" we can point out that the ________ forum keeps us covered :coold:

A better idea would be to finish the FAQ and have it posted up with product suggestions in it.

There aren't really enough posts to justify dividing it up like that unfortunately. Besides, it's really not that many of us who answer most of the questions and have the bulk of the discussion on all of those categories, so I think it's more convenient for us to just check one forum.

well then maybe we could have the subcatagory for the higher level stuff. I for one would enjoy the slower moving content if it would allow me to be in a section full of fairly interesting posts, rather than "help i dont get enough FPS in BF: VN"

    hypothetical situation:

    nobody makes an SUV
    nobody buys SUV
    no need for SUV...

    see where I'm getting at?

It only takes 5 seconds to create a new sub category and I think more people would answer and ask questions if the specific forums were available. In fact, I know more people would.

and it could be because the specific forum isn't available to him/her.

either way it only takes 1 minute to make the changes.
