    Individual - $30,000 lifetime initiation fee plus, monthly dues of $350, and this includes one locker

    Family- $50,000 lifetime initiation fee plus, monthly dues of $325 per locker. you may have up to 2 lockers

    after the first ten are sold the price goes up.


    Second 10 memberships sold:

    Individual - $40,000 lifetime initiation fee plus, monthly dues of $350, and this includes one locker

    Family - $60,000 lifetime initiation fee plus, monthly dues of $325 per locker. you may have up to 2 lockers

    after the second ten are sold the price goes up to the normal selling price in which it will stay until the founders membership tier is retired in 2009.


    Normal Selling Price:

    Family - $75,000 lifetime initiation fee plus, monthly dues of $325 per locker. you may have up to 2 lockers.

    What's the point? It's even pretty useless for LEO and military training. For the cost to sign up even one person they could build a warehouse and set it up for scenario training. :rofl:

    They are setting up "building" scenarios in shit on site. But I guess you can't really have access to that either. Oh, I am sure you could take $5,000 classes to use those special buildings though.

    honestly a shoothouse of that stature would be worth it so long as ventilation and maintenence is kept up.
