you bros gotta try these.. i bought them a few weeks ago because i was staying in a bright as room with no blinds or curtains, but have been using them nightly since:

comfort sleep mask  walgreens sells them for under $10, i get DEEP ass sleep when i use it. definitely a noticeable difference to nights when i don't use it.

if you have blackout curtains than you don't need these :fawk:

I wear earplugs to bed. It still takes me a while to fall asleep but at least noises don't wake me up all night.

My alarm still wakes me up in the morning playing classical music at a quieter-than-normal-conversation volume through my earplugs.

    God I sleep so light

My schedule is all fucked up.

Few days a week, up at 5:30.

2 days a week, in bed by 3:00-4:00am.

It makes it virtually impossible to have any consistency in sleep.

I have blackout curtains in my bedroom.

But I usually wake up after 2-3 hours, wonder into the living room, and sleep another hour or two on the couch in direct sunlight. lol

For example, this past weekend due to work I would fall asleep at around 4:00 am. Awaken around noon. Sunday included. Off monday. Now I have to wake up at 5am on Tuesday, and do to that I need to drop ambien. Just dropped 2 ambiens and im seeing shit spin all around me its fucking awesome. My monitor is like a big wave and shit so fucking cool.

My sleep schedule is all sorts of fucked up.

4 nights a week I've been getting to bed around 4am and waking up at 11/12. Other 3 days I have to be up around 7 so I have to force myself to get to bed around 2 or so... usually never happens.

I use benadryl to help get me to sleep, but that shit only does so much.

My sleep schedule is pretty consistent until the weekend rolls around. Stayed up till 5AM last night and I'm out of cheeba so I don't think I'll be going to sleep early tonight. :sad2:

wish I got more than 6 hours of sleep. If I didn't have a computer or the internet I'd definitely be in bed an hour+ earlier every night-- even when I'm out all night I come home and sit on the web until I can't keep my eyes open for much longer then I pass out. Fuckin thing sucks.

Whenever the weather changes I can't sleep for more then 2-3 hours at a time, went to bed at 10:40 and was up at 12, 2:40, 5:20 and 7, alarm is set for 8 ftl. My room is already pretty dark but I'm willing to try about anything.
