Ways to take Cissus... v. maybe repost?

    tried searching but couldnt find anything specific. I know some of you take it in 00 Caps but i have powder...should i mix with water and pound it? if so how much and after a meal? thanks bros

    parachute it (i.e. place desired amount in a bit of napkin, fold it around the powder then drop it down the throat hole)

    apparently.. what kind of napkin brand do you guys use and on average how much dick do you suck?

    kleenex...real thin and dissolves in the back of your throat just about...the idea is to get it behind your tounge so you don't have to taste it...

    for soft tissue? nope but it made my 5th metacarpal heal super fast when I broke it. Doc was literally in shock when I went in 2 weeks after getting a cast on.

    It is true what they say about heavy pressing, nothing ever hurt when I would do pressing work in the 200's, but as soon as you get over 315 shit starts poppin up

    Nothing definitive really. Vitamin C mebbe, glucosamine/chondroitin has some possible effect on cartilage...

    Big problem with tendons/ligaments is usually the blood flow in the areas is limited which affects healing negatively, and there's nothing you can do with supplements for that.

    Shoulder, i have yet to get an MRI to get an exact answer...but i dislocated it last fall and i re-injured it about a week and a half ago.
