This shit rocks!! I tried WM for the first time on Tuesday. I'm very sensitive to carbs. I took one scoop pre and post workout w/ glutamine and bcaa's. In the past I would use gatoraid and I would get bloated and see a rise in the scale the next day. With WM, I got no bloat, my stomach felt great and there was no weight gain either!! I'm sold and I wish I had tried it a long time ago. I had come to the conclusion that I just would not intake carbs and just whey after workouts, now I have an option.
