WAXY MAIZE STARCH....Any point adding AMINOGEN to it?

    is this pointless? im ordering from trueprotein again, last time i got it but remember someone telling me not to for whatever reason.

    if you're taking the WMS by itself, no point. its purpose to to help breakdown protein for digestion

    i thought taking BCAAs + WMS PWO followup 20 mins later with Whey would be better than WMS + Whey.

    If it does what Drew quoted, there wouldn't be any point in taking it with BCAA or Whey, as both are essentially already broken down.

    Take it with steak, chicken, tuna, beans, etc...

    hmm...

    i've been using it to get that insulin spike and it seems to help energy levels and recovery. i always follow up 20-30 mins later with whey, then 45-60 mins later with a full meal

    Sorry, I was talking about AMINOGEN not WMS. Adding sugars after my workout typically helps me too.

    so I have been using purple wraath for like 3 months, shits the bomb...then I added some creatine ee, and I think I am gonna buy some waxymaize to mix in a drink all that shit before/during the workout. Same deal right? I don't know the aminogen stuff.

    You think the waxymaize is worth it? Good pumps and shit I have heard. I need more carbs anyway.
