    (v. is this even a closet question?)

i rarely post in here, so be nice :hs:
2 trips to 2 salons/spas ~ not satisfied with either result. figure i might as well save the $70 and just do it myself - that way if it sucks i'm only out $15 instead

i'm a little nervous to try this.... i got a little waxing thing from teh natural foods store, i figured that was safer somehow:rolleyes: :mamoru: but now i'm afraid to try it.

    can teh closet help?

    thanks :o

    :o

i know it'll hurt ~ i've been waxed before.... i'm just nervous i'll rip my skin off or something ~ like i won't pull it off fast enough and then i'll rip my skin off. i'm really fond of my cooch, so that would really suck

i'm going to use the parissa stuff, once i get the nerve... ( http://www.parissa.com/ )

it depends on the person how long it takes to grow back but it's supposed to take around a month...

i would assume it works the same way.... except that stuff is meant to be used cold, isn't it.

I always go the salon route. What aspects did you NOT like?? It could have been a bad waxist...

both times at different salons? my skin is sooo sensitive it's red for days, not just hours. and i exfoliate like crazy and put the aftercare stuff on it, but even so, i still get tons of bumps. it's supposed to heal and look sexy, right, not all red and tender... by the time it finally heals it's already growing back :ugh: it's actually more repulsive than attractive

maybe my skin is too tender for waxing and i should just stick to shaving? :wtc:
