detailed my car about a month ago, wash it 1-2 time a week...

so if it want to top it off with another coat of polish or s100 wax, can i just wash it or hit it with QD if its clean and toss another coat on?

Yup, you should typically use a paint cleaner every 5-6 months. For now, you can just wash/QD, and wax the car again.

If the paint isn't still glass smooth, then yes.

Go ahead and apply S100 after every couple of washes if you wish. It won't hurt anything; ie build up and turn yellow. It will keep that just detailed look for quite some time. Once you start seeing spider swirls or marring under parking lot lights, it is time to polish again.

You don't NEED to clay every time you use a cleaner, but it can't hurt. I use a paint cleaner (AIO) and polish every spring and fall, and I clay the car before using those.
