162lbs on the scale today. I used to wake up at 150lbs 2 weeks ago.
I was 260 today, I'm holding about 60 lbs of water though
they say 70% of your body is water or something like that. so really it should be somewhere around 180 lbs of water.
well obviously not in that sense.

Same story. i was bragging non-stop to a friend that i'll be 180 in 3 months. and brad pitt by summer time. Its been close to 4 months and i remain same weight.

i think it's the lighting, but you look like you lost muscle mass in the 2nd picture.

Yeah I think so. I'd rather try to keep this bf and put on more muscle mass than drop below 150 and be a little bitch.
Yeah....try dealing with PMS on top of it. Miserable.
it doesn't look like there was too much muscle mass loss. but definately lost some definition.
