    hey everyone....

got my car re-painted last week... and of course the day I got it back (after it had been baked) it rained lightly. Now I've got light little water marks all over the car that won't seem to come out... now my buddy that painted the car is going to be polishing it for me next weekend since he didn't get to do it when it was freshly done... will that take care of the marking? I guess it depends how deep there are? Or will the marks be there permanently?

As long as the paint didn't actually get etched, polishing should take care of it.

i'm guessing the paint is still probably still soft enough after a week or 2 that he'll be fine. Even if it did etch, should still be soft enough to cut it out. Maybe. :noes:
