I also remember Street Fighter: The Movie: The Game :mamoru: It was a 3D street fighter game, my local game store had it when I was younger. It was so lame it was awesome.

This movie is the definition of a completely butchered "video game to movie" film. Everything about it is fucking terrible. A lot of the problems with it could have been avoided outright if they had just based it off the game instead of tweaking it around. I remember watching this in the theatre when it came out. I had such high hopes for this movie, but I died a little when I found out what a disappointment it was.

I'm convinced that when they made Dragonball Evolution, they relied heavily on this film for inspiration. I just hope the same doesn't happen to Cowboy Bebop when they adapt that. I'm not sure if I could handle them molesting the fuck out of that story too. They're 2 and 0 right now for fucking up my favourite games/cartoon characters. Hopefully Cowboy Bebop will put an end to all this madness... :wtc:

Nothing but love for this movie... I think I was the perfect age for it or something. Slumber parties were the shit whenever this movie got involved!
