washing bench shirt?

    quick question: i have a loose fit titan f6 shirt. would it be fine to wash it in warm water to shrink it a bit?

    lots of people wash and dry their gear to attempt to tighten it up.

    Wose case, send it up to Ginny Phillips to and have the chest plate and arms taken in a bit. Its not very expensive.

    The shirts are all made of polyester, it is not going to shrink significantly when you dry it, either send it back to titan or send it to Ginny.

    Washed mine and while it smelled better I don't know if it was much tighter.

    When I first wore it I was 220 then when I washed it I was 190 so it was not a good comparison.

    Best advice gain more weight

    id gain weight but im competing in the 198 wt class.

    its up for sale on ebay if anyones interested in a sz 48 f6

    the only time i tried washing my shirt, it basically blew out the next time i used it

    It will be a better idea to do this if the sleeves fit well too.

    But if you are gonna trade it in get a katana
