Was today any better???

    I feel like it was, but I still see mad carb intake.. I got my protein much higher though. I had another milkshake, no ice cream. So that's another 700 calories and 60 grams of protein or so. I got fucking stuck at the studio AGAIN (it's 30 miles from civilization):o

    gain weight. Preferably muscle obviously. If I had to throw a number out, I wouldn't mind weighing 170.

    no fucking clue bro. I just enjoy eating breaded food. Easier to make as well. Obviously I have to keep pushing myself to just do what I gotta do instead of enjoy what I'm doing. Cause personally I can't fucking stand doing dishes haha

    There is 4 scoops of whey in my protein shake. I just keep forgetting to add it to that stupid chart. Works out to 60 grams of protein with the milk, but matrix said the shake is bullshit

    Now that I'm signed my band better take off. I need a fucking chef

    Ps., I just ate the honey bunches of oats cause I'm out of oatmeal and didn't feel like egg whites today

    cheat once in a blue moon but u gotta stick to ur diet. shit, i dont enjoy eating drained tuna but i do it every damn day. id much rather be munchin on in and out (which is right down the street) than eat chicken and veggies but meh....

    im tellin ya, ain't nothing to it but to do it

    You should make a custom item for your oats.

    That seems like a lot of oats and I'm wondering if you could actually really be eating that many.

    But at least it's beter for you than hundreds of grams of maltodextrin

    i eat honey bunches of oats....but not 3 cups of it...and i dont eat oatmeal on top of that
